Order and payment

Preparation and delivery times for your order:

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (working days) following receipt of your payment. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, the delivery time varies according to the delivery option chosen and the destination. They will be specified to you during the validation of your basket.

The times indicated are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. ART FOR NESS cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery that is not its fault. In addition, during the bridge period, the day after a public holiday, bad weather, period of promotions and sales, end-of-year celebrations, the deadline may be extended given the larger volume of orders.

I did not receive my order

Our customers receive their orders on the date estimated on the site. If your order has not reached you by the estimated date, we advise you to check the delivery date and the status of your order. You can find them at the top of your shipping confirmation email or in your order history under the status column.

Has my order been validated and taken into account?

Your order is validated when the payment has been confirmed by the bank. You will then receive a notification indicating that your order has the “payment accepted” status. This is therefore well taken into account.

How do I check the status of my order?

At each stage of the process of your order, you are notified by email. You also have access to online tracking. Connect to our site and go to the section MY ACCOUNT / MY ORDERS

The status of my order has not changed

Depending on the time / day when your order was placed, the status of “readiness” will be activated within 24H/48h.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, if your order has not yet been delivered to the carrier, ie its status is “payment accepted” or “in preparation”, you can contact us with your order reference.

When will I receive my order ?

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, allow 2 working days for delivery by colissimo, in Metropolitan France.

Between 3 and 5 days for other countries. You will also receive a link by email allowing you to track your package.

Note that the delivery time is not guaranteed by the post office for the letters followed, and for Corsica and the DOM TOM.

Is payment by credit card secure?

Yes. We use the 3DSECURE secure payment system. In addition, all the data you enter on the site is immediately encrypted and is sent directly to the bank’s site, they do not pass through our servers.

Returns and deliveries

Warning : For home deliveries, the name of the recipient indicated on the delivery address, must appear on the mailbox. The address must be complete and valid.
In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient’s contact details, ART FOR NESS cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. Parcels that will be returned to us for lack of addressing will then be reshipped at the customer’s expense. If the order is cancelled, only the items will be refunded.
The postmark and online tracking instructions are authentic.
Deliveries with deposit in mailbox confirmed by post can not give rise to any dispute.
To avoid possible theft of parcels and to have recourse in the event of a disputed delivery, choose delivery against signature at home or at a relay point.

Countries served – Delivery option, times and prices: EUROPE

From 6.9€ to 15€ depending on the delivery method and the country of destination. Colissimo home delivery with delivery against signature or Pick-Up relay.
The average delivery time is 2 to 5 days

Any customs fees for the countries concerned will be at your expense.

The return of your package:

You have a period of fourteen calendar days after receipt of your order to return your purchases to us if they are not suitable. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The articles must be returned to us in their packaging and in their original condition, accompanied by your order or return reference, on which you will indicate your request for reimbursement or exchange.
Reimbursement will be made excluding discount and postage, by re-credit card within 2 to 3 days of receipt of your package.
In the case of an exchange, the new item is sent at our expense, within 24 hours of receipt of the package.
