La livraison est gratuite à partir de 150 euros. Les expéditions sont faites tous les mercredis et samedis. Toutes nos œuvres sont envoyées dans du papier de soie afin de protéger au mieux la surface d’impression et les envoyer à plat. Seules les formats A2 et plus seront envoyés dans des tubes postaux épais et solides.
Retours et remboursements
Si votre œuvre par malheur arrive abimée, vous avez 14 jours pour la changer. Vous êtes responsable du coût de l’expédition de retour, et nous vous recommandons d’utiliser un service de suivi et de signature. Si votre œuvre a été endommagée pendant le transport, veuillez nous contacter via la page de contact et nous vous aiderons à résoudre le problème avec vous.
